Our Implementation Team will provide you with your Sandbox Account within 4 business days.

Why do I need to perform Live Tests?

Live Tests are critical to ensure that you are correctly settled by the bank for your payments. This process will confirm that everything has been configured correctly on your system, at Ecentric and at the bank.

Ecentric will send you a test pack once you have been granted access to the Sandox environment.

What is the Go-Live Test Sign-Off?

Once you have performed the Live Tests and verified settlement, please complete the Go-Live Testing Sign-Off Checklist provided by Ecentric. This checklist ensures that you have done the necessary checks before allowing customers to pay via your website.

How long does it take to get Live Access?

Once you have received your live merchant account from your acquiring bank and provided all the relevant supporting configuration details, live access can be granted within 3 business days.
