Here's how to get started:

Send Us Your Sandbox Request

You can apply for a no obligation Ecentric Sandbox account, which will allow you to test payment flows and methods in a safe space during your integration. Complete the Sandbox Request Form by selecting your product, preferred payment methods and provide us with the necessary supporting details.

Let's Get You Configured

Once you have submitted your Sandbox setup request, Ecentric will configure you in Sandbox and provide you with the relevant Sandbox details.

Time for Sandbox Testing

You may now proceed with testing the required payment methods and payment flows in accordance with the Test Verification Pack. The Test Verification Pack will be sent along with your Sandbox details.

Once testing is done, complete the Test Verification Pack and return to us for verification.

Verified For Action

Ecentric will verify that your testing has been completed in line with the stipulated requirements and assist you with your Go Live Request.

You're Going Live!

To start accepting live payments, you will need to integrate into our Live Payment Gateway. You 'll be required to apply for a live merchant account with your acquiring bank, as well as complete the Ecentric Payment Systems application form.

Before going live to the public, you'll need to complete pilot testing in the live environment to ensure the product is working as expected.
